Refunds and Cancellations Policy

This policy applies to payments made for self-assurance review services and AI-assisted review outputs provided through this website.

How our service works
RTOScool provides AI-assisted self-assurance review services. Upon submission of a review request and supporting information, RTOScool generates and delivers a review report and invoice. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.

Cancellation before delivery
If you have submitted a review request but the report has not yet been delivered, you may contact us within 24 hours of submission to request cancellation at no charge.
Cancellation after delivery
Once a report has been delivered, the service has been provided in full. Refunds will not be available after delivery except in the circumstances described below.

Technical issues
If you experience a technical issue that prevents reasonable receipt or access to your report, please contact us promptly. We may at our discretion:

Resend the report

Provide an amended report, or

Provide a partial or full refund where the service could not reasonably be delivered
No refunds for report content
Refunds will not be provided on the basis of:

The content, findings, or tone of AI-assisted review outputs
-
Disagreement with identified risks or discrepancies

Perceived usefulness or relevance of outputs

Internal or regulatory decisions made after receiving the report
All reports are generated based solely on the information and documents submitted by the user. RTOScool accepts no responsibility for outputs that reflect inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided at the time of submission.
Non-payment
Where an invoice remains unpaid after 14 days from the invoice date, a late payment fee of 10% of the invoice value may be applied. RTOScool will provide written notice before applying any late payment fee. RTOScool reserves the right to suspend access to further review services for organisations with outstanding unpaid invoices.
Business use
This service is provided for internal self-assurance and business purposes. To the extent permitted by applicable law, consumer guarantees relating to change of mind do not apply.
Dispute resolution
Where a dispute arises regarding an invoice or service delivery, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith through direct communication before taking further action. Please contact us via the Contact Us page in the first instance.
