The self-assurance review outputs generated through this website are advisory in nature and are intended to support internal reflection only. Payment Terms

Reviews are invoiced upon completion and delivery of outputs. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date.

Where payment is not received by the due date, a late payment fee of 10% of the invoice value may be applied. RTOScool will provide written notice before applying any late payment fee.

RTOScool reserves the right to suspend access to further review services for organisations with overdue invoices.

 

Intellectual Property

All reports, summaries, and materials generated through this service are and remain the intellectual property of RTOScool. Delivery of a report constitutes a limited, non-exclusive licence to use that report for internal self-assurance purposes only. That licence is conditional upon full payment of the applicable invoice. RTOScool does not transfer ownership of any report or material under these terms.

 

Regulatory Notification

RTOScool is a professional services provider operating in the Australian VET sector. RTOScool may, at its absolute discretion, provide information to the relevant regulatory authority where:

• An invoice remains unpaid for more than 30 days after the due date; and

• The relevant review identified material risks relating to financial viability, governance, or compliance practice that RTOScool reasonably considers relevant to the organisation's ongoing registration obligations

Before making any such notification, RTOScool will provide the organisation with no less than 14 days written notice of its intention to do so, specifying the nature of the information to be provided. This provision does not limit any other rights RTOScool may have in relation to unpaid invoices.

Dispute resolution

Where a dispute arises in relation to an invoice or these terms, both parties agree to attempt resolution in good faith through direct negotiation before taking any further action. Disputes that cannot be resolved by negotiation may be referred to mediation before either party commences legal proceedings.
